These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of polsonpolicefoundation.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Site; don’t upload malware; don’t scrape without permission; and don’t infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
2) Donations & receipts
Online donations are processed by third-party payment providers. You’ll receive an email confirmation/receipt. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
3) No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information only. It isn’t legal, financial, medical, or law-enforcement advice.
4) Intellectual property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, video) is owned by PPF or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent, except for fair use.
5) Third-party links & services
The Site may link to third-party websites/services (e.g., payment processors, social media). We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
6) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Montana.

Shipping, exchanges & order help
Dispatch & shipping
In-stock items usually dispatch within 24 hours of payment. Apparel and bundles containing apparel are preorders and require additional time to order; contact us for the current lead time before purchasing. Dispatch means handing your package to the carrier; delivery takes additional transit time. We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is $8.50 per merchandise order. Books are purchased through Amazon, which sets its own shipping and delivery terms. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive or preorder purchase to confirm availability and timing.
30-day exchanges
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. Include your order number, the item, and the replacement or size you need. We will confirm availability and return instructions before you send anything back.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Email us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging, and keep both while we review the issue. We will contact you with the next steps.
Returns & refunds
For a return or refund request, contact us with your order number so we can review your request and provide instructions. Please contact us before mailing an item back. Books purchased through Amazon follow Amazon’s order and return process.
